She is Healthcare Management Professional having 16 years of experience in various government and private healthcare sectors. She have been responsible for handling the operations of healthcare business units, including general operations, strategic planning, quality initiatives, and hospital planning.

She has led projects through assertive program governance processes, including operational excellence in public healthcare, while also imparting training in the healthcare sector.

She holds a Masters in Health and Hospital Management (MHA), with a specialization in Hospital Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur, and are currently a PhD Scholar in Public Health.

Previously, She served as the District Programme Manager (DPM) under NRHM, Punjab, where they were responsible for the overall functioning of the mission in the district, monitoring and planning district health strategy. She led notable projects, including commissioning the Apollo Clinic Bathinda and a 350-bed Narayana Hrudayalaya Multispecialty hospital in Hyderabad.

They have been actively involved in policy development and facilitation at various multispecialty hospitals, serving as an NABH coordinator for the implementation of NABH Standards. Additionally, She contributed to strategic planning and development at various multispecialty hospitals. Her extensive experience and dedication to healthcare management make her a valuable asset to any organization in the healthcare sector.

Healthcare Professional having over 8 years of experience as health service manager; being actively involved in planning, directing and coordinating medical and healthcare services. Possess a comprehensive background in Healthcare Management, Operations ,HR , Marketing and Negotiations while meeting the expectations of senior leadership.

Holds a post graduate degree in Healthcare Management (Masters in Healthcare Management, MHA) from AMITY UNIVERSITY with specialization in Hospital Management, and a graduate degree in Dental Sciences, BDS from BHARATI VIDYAPEETH ,Pune.

Started her career in 2014 with an ed-tech start up and since then she has been leading various Healthcare startups .She has successfully Headed the India Operations for a US Base start-up and generated a significant increase in ROI for them. Also worked as Strategic Operations Head for web based patient and doctor portal which was a vertical arm of FORTIS Group of Hospitals .

She has also been associated with various renowned hospitals in the past including MAX Superspeciality Group of Hospitals, ROCKLAND, B.L.KAPUR , Mata Chanan Devi as Healthcare Administrator. While her previous assignment with B.L.Kapoor ,she has served as NABH Coordinator for establishing NABH Indicators and headed the inspection process of Oncology Department. played a major role in getting the Hospital NABH Accreditation.

She has extensive experience in Online Marketing and has been a part of various Digital Marketing Agencies ..One of her major projects include Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai where she has led the SEO Campaign .

Apart from being highly detailed oriented, she has excellent ability to network and liaison with people from all points of Healthcare delivery system. Her past roles have helped buildup experience in Healthcare regulatory compliance, public relations, budget and financial analysis as well as employee and resource management.
